The Youth Empowerment Coordinator will coordinate an HIV prevention and community building Project for young African American and Latino gay and bisexual men between the ages of 18 and 24. The community-based, peer-run prevention program is an innovative and evolving 5-year program that includes a combination of peer-led small groups, peer outreach and social marketing campaigns.
