Whitman-Walker Health has one (1) opening for a full-time Client Services Representative who serves as the Clinic’s primary client service representative for a centralized medical support department. This employee also obtains and maintains client demographic and insurance information, inputs information in e-Clinical Works (eCW) electronic medical record, and schedules clients for any and all Clinic services. Additionally the Client Services Representative performs duties pertaining to registration, appointment scheduling and patient check-in/check-out.
Applicants MUST BE BILINGUAL—Amharic preferred, otherwise Spanish required.
