State Legislative Counsel, State Legislative Manager; Family Equality Council; Washington, DC
The State Legislative Counsel/State Legislative Manager will be based in Washington, DC and will work closely with the Director of Public Policy to implement and expand Family Equality Council’s public policy agenda at the state level. The work will include advancing Family Equality Council’s policy priorities by building and managing relationships with state and local governments, participating in coalitions working on key issues for LGBT families at the state level, and monitoring and responding to key policy developments impacting LGBT families in the states.
